ABOUT TITLE
GP Construction, LLC is an independently owned subcontracting company serving customers with satisfaction since 2009. We are a full service of division 9. We work anything from framing, drywall, tape & bed, and paint. We will work on ay small projects for daily needs, or we also work on large biyearly projects.

We aim to provide our exceptional product and to create great working relationships with all companies. We always strive to work diligently and provide the best possible work to outweigh all competitors.
XS Construction
FLOWER MOUND VICTORY SHOPS
The Flower Mound project was done for a retail row of shops. The shops have 38,000 square feet of retail.
This entire project was done in about three months with the help of our team. Our work was completed in the time frame expected.
GP Construction was in charge of all exterior framing and the shell. We always ensure and leave our customers satisfied with our work.
STUDIO MOVIE GRILL

Studio Movie grill is a movie theater that provides food and drinks while you enjoy movies in their comfortable show rooms. This was a brand new studio movie grill that provided us to build the SMG from scratch.
Studio movie grill was a major project that required us to construct 12 large auditoriums, an all inclusive kitchen, and a fully equipped bar.
This studio movie grill was done in record time by our team in less than 4 and a half months. The work we performed ranged from framing, exterior & interior framing, FRP, tape & bed, paint, acoustic ceiling, and doors.
STONEBROOK
XS Construction
Stonebrook is a shop that sells various gadgets from personal, health, luxury, home, auto, toys, and fitness.
Stonebrook was one of the biggest projects from XS Construction given to us. It required a framing shell and a couple of various other work like drywall.
This was a very fast moving project. It was done in 3 months which was faster done faster than originally projected .

TCU BOOKSTORE
This Bookstore is one of the main libraries at TCU campus which needed to be completely remodeled. Our team put in great work to ensure the satisfaction of the customer.
We worked on doors, framing, tape & bed, and paint. This and other miscellaneous works were needed to complete the full remodel.
Within the bookstore, there was also a joint Starbucks which also needed a full remodel.
FUZZY'S TACO SHOPS

Fuzzy's Taco Shop is a nationwide franchise of restaurants that serves tacos, appetizers, and drinks
We have worked on dozens of different Fuzzy's Taco shops all around Texas.
At these restaurants, framing, drywall, FRP, tape & bed, and paint were usually done to complete the job. If customers ever need further work to be done on other locations, we would never hesitate to help and extend the work.
BARLEY & BOARD
Barley & Board is a vintage brewpub offering dozens of beers with a bar and comfortable seatings.
In this project, they required us to work on doors, drywall, tape & bed, and paint.
This Barley & Board was done in about a month. It was done in time, and the customer was happy with the outcome.
RAZOO'S
Strong Group Inc.
Razoo's is a cajun cafe that offers authentic food made from scratch. GP Construction has made several of of Razoo's, and has helped remodel and work on a couple others. We work on anything from doors, framing, drywall, tape & bed, and paint.
We also work on personal projects for personal needs if needed. We offer detailed art pictography on walls, ceilings, or any surface needed. This can be in a home, office, or building. Contact our group for pricing.
